Donor Transparency & Financial Report

Last updated: 4 September 2026

THANK YOU FOR FUELING OUR MISSION

We are deeply grateful for your generosity. Your donations enable us to spread the ministry's message, sustain our small voluntary team, and keep our publications — Sion Saved by Grace and Hanseong Revival — thriving as resources for faith and inspiration. Transparency is at the heart of our work: below you will find a detailed breakdown of how every dollar entrusted to us is used as we pursue our calling.

OUR COMMITMENT TO TRANSPARENCY

This is Hanseong Revival Press's commitment to transparency. Every gift entrusted to us — whether it is $0.01, $5 from a bake sale, or whatever value a faithful partner gives — is more than money; it is a thread in the tapestry of God's work through this mission. And with that privilege comes a profound duty: to handle every penny with honesty, clarity, and reverence.

Why do we go to such lengths to share this with you? Because trust is not assumed — it is earned. And because we are called to reflect God's character in every ledger line and receipt. Scripture lights our path here.

In 2 Corinthians 8:20–21, Paul writes: "We want to avoid any criticism of the way we administer this generous gift. For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of man." Paul, collecting funds for the early church, was not concerned only with divine approval — he wanted human witnesses to see the integrity of the process. Transparency is a shield against doubt and a bridge to unity. We take that to heart: our books are open because our mission thrives on your confidence.

Then there is Luke 16:10, where Jesus teaches: "Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much." Faithfulness is not measured by the size of the gift but by the care in handling it. A $10 donation receives the same scrutiny as a $1,000 grant, because every act of stewardship builds the next.

How does that shape us? No corner-cutting, no shortcuts — just diligence, day in and day out. And with Proverbs 16:3 — "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans" — every budget review, every expense record, every financial decision begins with prayer. This is not our ministry; it is His. Transparency keeps us grounded in that truth.

This is not a passing trend for us. Since this ministry began on 3 November 2020, we have held to the conviction that financial openness is not optional but essential. The church and ministries like ours have too often faced scepticism over money; we are determined to be different. Think of the widow's offering in Mark 12:41–44 — she gave two small coins, and Jesus saw her heart. We see your gifts the same way: precious, no matter the amount. This page is our pledge to honour that.

HOW WE LIVE THIS OUT

Governance.
Our finances are overseen by Sion Saved By Grace, supported by Fresh F. D., who has a background in financial management and chairs our financial reviews. They meet quarterly to review every inflow and outflow.

Location.
Two of our team members are based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, and one is based in the United States of America and one in European Union.

Systems.
We track every transaction. For example: a $29.31 donation received on a given day is logged the same day — source, amount, purpose (e.g., "domain fee") — and the receipt is filed. That is more than bookkeeping; it is the record of your impact.

Allocation.
For the period reported below, our donation funds were allocated as follows: web hosting and domain renewal, email services, and basic software subscriptions (including security software). We state the actual percentages here rather than examples, so you know exactly where your support lands.

Accessibility.
Want to see more? Our annual reports (since 2020) are available on request by email. Please note: we do not yet have the budget to engage an external audit firm, but once the necessary funds are available, we intend to proceed with an independent audit.

A WINDOW INTO IMPACT

Transparency is not only about avoiding mistakes; it is about celebrating what God does through you. Romans 14:12 says: "So then, each of us will give an account of ourselves to God." We prepare for that day by accounting to you now. Every dollar tells a story — yours, ours, His.

This is not a one-way street. Have a question about a line item? Email hanseongrevivalpress @ protonmail.com. Wondering why an amount was spent on a particular item? Ask, and we will explain. 1 Timothy 6:17–18 urges the rich "to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share." We are all rich in something — time, talent, treasure — and transparency ensures we share well together.

WHY THIS PAGE EXISTS

We created this page not because we have to, but because we want to. It is our way of saying: we see you, we value you, we are accountable to you. In a world where trust can waver, we plant our flag on openness — because a ministry that hides its books hides its heart. This is Hanseong Revival Press, committed to God's glory and your partnership.
