Content published on the Online Properties reflects the doctrinal commitments of Hanseong Revival Press within the historic Reformed tradition, as set out in our Statement of Faith. Theological interpretation, biblical exposition, and commentary represent our sincerely held positions and the positions of the cited authors; readers are urged, as Scripture commends (Acts 17:11), to examine all teaching against the Word of God themselves. Our referencing of other ministries, authors, or resources does not imply blanket endorsement of every position they hold, and absence of endorsement should not be read as condemnation.
3. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND LINKS
We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product, service, or third-party content advertised, offered through, or accessible via the Online Properties, including any hyperlinked website whose content does not accord with Reformed theology. We do not warrant that the Online Properties will be continuously available. The Blog in particular is hosted on Google's Blogger platform, and its availability is ultimately dependent on Google's services.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hanseong Revival Press, its operators, and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Online Properties or their content.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory right that cannot be waived or limited by contract. Hanseong Revival Press is a non-commercial religious publishing ministry. Content is provided gratuitously; no fee is charged for access; and no commercial transaction arises from ordinary use of the Online Properties. This section does not apply to donations, which are governed exclusively by our Refund & Donation Policy.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.
